PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES

All players must have a registration on file (online registrations preferred). We accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance for a refund, minus a $10 refund fee. Registrations cancelled within 24 hours of, or after, the start of the group will be charged in full.

Any registration change requested by a parent or player, and not made at the direction of the coaching staff, will incur a $5 administration fee. If the player requests to move into a more expensive class, the player will be responsible for the difference in cost from the original class.  Subject to the $5 registration change fee, the Program will refund the difference in cost from the original class.

Payment is required prior to the start of the class. For those players with a balance on their account, there will be no more than two requests for payment to the parents. After these requests, players will no longer be allowed on court without payment.
